What if I need a special product used on a certain surface?
No problem — leave it out for the team to use. The only thing we can't use are products that contain bleach.
Do we have to be home while you're cleaning?
No, you don't. Our employees are fully trained and background checked, so you can go about your day or leave us a key.
What should we do with our pets while you're cleaning?
We love pets, as long as they're friendly. If your pet might be hesitant around new people and noise, we ask that you put them somewhere comfortable.
Can I pay online?
Yes — we have a customer portal you can use to view invoices, add services, request schedule changes, and pay. Ask your account manager for the link.
How long does it take to get on the schedule?
We can usually get you on the schedule within a couple of days, depending on the day and time you need.
If I don't 'click' with my team, can I change teams?
Yes, of course. We want you to feel completely comfortable in your own home. Just let us know and we'll make the change.
